Aisling, Nathan & Ibrahim shot the video for the 6 hats training with Naomi and her student, Luke. The filming was divided into two sections: 1) Explaining parallel thinking by using the elephant story - told by Nathan and enacted by Ibrahim & Aisling; 2) Explaining what each of the 6 hats represents using the question "Women should be paid the same as men for doing the same job" to demonstrate each hat.
Kate will use this video in functional skills sessions to train students in 6 hats technique, and hopefully it will be a useful introductory tool.
